In the McDonaldization process, almost every task, regardless of its nature or type, is broken down, and logical principles are transformed to vital principles. Traditional thoughts and way of thinking have been persistently eroded giving room to new logical ideas. Its tradition should govern the belief that a society has also elapsed giving way to modernization and generation of hiking forms of rationalizations in the cultures of the world. Rationalization has been part and parcel of human life, and time will come when all societies will be uniform. According to McDonald, the majority of the restaurants used to prepare meals from homes rendering them lower quality. This has been changed to the modernized way where home –cooked food are frequently replaced by industry ones. Rationalization, therefore, led to increasing logical changes in the societies making them automated. Utilitarian, normative and coercive leaderships have also changed in societies giving rise to new intelligent and practicality in societal leaderships. Our modern societies are like food chains, and most of the jobs being performed by individuals have been broken down into smaller and understandable ones leading to specialization and more productivity. McDonald’s fast moving food principles, therefore, have been transformed into business ideas generating more opportunities that are job creating uplifting social livelihoods of people.
