The report deals with analysis of the values, vision and mission of McDonald’s, Australia, a well established fast food chain in the country. The commitment to the people shows that the company cares for them. This feeling of being cared increased the loyalty of the customers and hence, their retention. Community programs which offer increased connectivity can show the people in Australia that the organisation is committed towards them.

Strengths
The popularity of McDonalds has also been recognised in Australia for its vegetarian burgers. The organization changed the menu style to suit the Australian taste as they prefer lettuce and tomatoes but not pickles in their burgers (Misa, 2011).
Weaknesses
McDonald’s is having problems in terms of quality and service quality. The organisation does has a lot of problems in terms of service quality as it has a large menu that generates a lot of problems for the organisation to present its customers with optimum service quality which have caused severe setbacks in their popularity (Peterson, 2015).
