Week 2 – Outcomes and Measurable Indicators This paper will define the outcomes and measurable indicators associated with the program evaluation which has been selected within my organization. The purpose of this program evaluation is to collect the necessary data regarding all aspects of the Foundations of Leadership program including an examination of the purpose of the program and its overall effectiveness. Armed with this data, the organization will be able to ensure that it is meeting its objectives or determine what modifications to the program might be necessary. This evaluation will help determine the overall conversion rate of participants to supervision. Second, an analysis of all front line leader vacancies will be conducted versus those filled by program graduates in order to assess the degree to which bench has been utilized. Third, the evaluation will turn toward the analysis do “days-to-fill” open supervisory positions. This measure will help the organization understand the speed at which positions are filled internally. To aide in this analysis, data will be reviewed from a period of one year prior the start of the program through the current day. This analysis will help provide an assessed value of the program toward the organization. Finally, the program evaluation will turn to solicit feedback from past participants of the program. Interviews will be conducted of past participants to gauge instructor competency and content relevance. Interviews of participants who have been promoted into supervisory roles will be focused toward determining the degree to which the course prepared them for their current
