The Daily life in the middle ages was very difficult. The first part of the daily life is the clothing. “Clothing varied greatly based mostly on the social standing of the people.” The peasants wore wool and lined clothing. Nobility have plenty of the clothes for their family. The second part of the daily life is what they ate. “Most used to buy bread made from barley and rye.” Food also was dependent where they were on the feudal pyramid. The wealthy ate many different items such as meats and cheeses while the poor basically ate foods made from barley. The third part of the daily life is what they lived in. “There would be little furniture within the cruck houses and straw would be used for lining the floor.” They don’t have doors because …show more content…
The first amazing fact in the middle ages is the education. “The schools were small and numerous and often taught Greek and Latin to its students. With the Fall of Rome in 476, most educational institutions ceased to function.” The noble kids in the Middle Ages were only educated before they turned 14 years old. The second amazing fact in the middle ages was the entertainment. “Fairs with troubadours and acrobats performing in the streets selling goods in the town games of chance held at the local tournaments featuring knights from near and abroad these were just some of the ways medieval peasants spent their leisure time.” Their was town games for the entertainment in the middle ages. Local tournaments they featured the knights. The medieval peasants sent their off time near the games. The third amazing fact in the middle ages was the transportation. “Transportation in the Middle Ages was very much based on the methods and innovations that came before.The rise in transportation in the Middle Ages allowed for an increase in trade and travel throughout Europe.” The rise in all of the transportation in hanced in the travel. In the upper class they had better transportation than the Lower class like the peasants.
