There is a huge misconception among many religious people and others God fearing people that God doesn't talk to us anymore as he did with some of the biblical characters in the Bible like Moses, and Noah ext. And, one of the main reasons for this miss guided belief is that every sense the Bible was written there is no longer any need for him to talk to us directly. In today's world all we have to do is open the Bible and read his words to get his message. Nothing could be further from the truth, God is perfect in all ways and will never change. He will not talk to us one day and then all of the sudden stop. This is not perfection which God is, he will always be the same never changing.

You are bothered less by things that irritate you Your concentration will greatly improve Meditation reduces stress and anxieties which in return will improve your health. There have been studies done proving this to be true.

What is real happiness? Can we really find that happiness that will bring us an everlasting joy?

When the body and mind is completely silent a great peace and overwhelming joy will come over you this is when you can communicate with God. An overwhelming force that is beyond description will come to you this is the presents of Got within your soul that will be brought about by deep meditation.

When first starting out with meditation be patient results are not the same with everyone. Some might have faster results than others, however with dedication and persistence's we can all find the essence of God while meditating.

For those of you who are truly devoted to the practice of meditation for the soul purpose of self realization and knowing God, you will be freeing the soul from all bondage.

The Bible says "Be still and know that I am God." I believe that these eight words say it
