Ans) P&G’s business operations are divided into three main units: Beauty Care, Household Care, and Health & Well-Being. P&G has three main focuses as a business in each of these divisions. It is very necessary for P &G to sustain the fame of its existing brands by methods like advertising and marketing. It must spread its brands to associated goods by developing new products under those brands. It must renovate and produce new brands entirely from scratch.
