As the new director of training, I would like to inform you that our company wants to improve quality of our presentations at external and internal events. For this reason firm offers everyone short course on the different techniques of presentation as a PowerPoint presentation and verbal presentation.
Therefore, I attached file with simple guide how in 12 easy steps you can made a perfect presentation. Of course, this guide does not cover all the topics that will be on the course, but for those who are already familiar with PowerPoint it will refresh the memory.

12 Easy steps to perfect presentation.

1. When you open PowerPoint. You see a screen with two boxes in the middle. One of the boxes offer you “Click to add title,” and the other “Click to add subtitle.”

2. Click on the “File” tab.

3. In the slide menu, click on the “New” button.

4. To use a template, click on the “Sample templates” button.

5. Choose the template, depending on the topic of your presentation. (The template with company logo also presented in all computers with PowerPoint).
