Alternatively, if you have the courage, rate yourself and then have a close acquaintance rate you, for comparison purposes (and probably lively discussion).

Questions for Discussion

In my opinion, chasing dreams requires detailed advance planning. If I want to achieve my goals, I need to be conceptual first. Then, it should be balanced with imagination and interests. The difficult is there isn’t concrete measurements to nurture your imagination, creation or wide interests. They are not like operation skills that can be improved by continuous practice. Some people would like to be observant of conventional standards. That can reduce error rate, which is a more safer choice than creation. On the contrary, others may prefer to be creative, inspire some new thoughts to make a difference. We can’t say which way is the right way. I think the best way is to gain new insights through reviewing old material. Then, we it comes to spirit of teamwork, similarly, there are two aspects. Some people would like to complete an assignment independently and individually. They think by doing that will not wast time on negotiating and communicating with others. However, other people would like to choose partners. Collaboration not only can increase their efficiency but can enlarge
