Rokeach Value Survey is a method of classifying ones' terminal and instrumental values invented by Milton Rokeach in 1973. Values are very important in people's life because they play a great role in decision making. After identifying the values hierarchy in the survey, in this paper I will be explaining shortly the significance those values have on my leadership style.
