Mindful meditation on women's sexual and relation lives
Introduction:
A meditation study has been conducted in women's sexual lives as a means to improve their sexual lives with their partners and with in themselves. During the studies mindful practitioners focused on five stages from beginning to end; which consist of 1) Harmony in day-to-day life 2) Enhanced sexual lives 3) Love deepened 4) Indirect benefits to the relationship and 5) challenges. In these studies there has been a link established between stress and the quality in individuals relationships. Through these studies mindful practitioners have used meditation to decrease stress and therefore improving coping skills with oneself or with our partners. Meditation helps give us awareness of our automatic thoughts, behaviors, emotions, as well as the consequences of our actions.

Discussions between sexuality meditation and spirituality meditations arose in their interviews as a means to state they come hand in hand. Participants stated it created a bond without them noticing in their overall itimacy; spiritually, sexually, personally, and martial. When discussion came regarding prior and current research it came to be that not all the data and results were the same as it was found that prior participants stated that spiritual and sexual satisfaction was need to increase intimacy.
