Driving Age: should it be raised?
More than 50% people think that the minimum driving license age should be at least 18 years. Driving a car may depend on experience and many drivers find hard difficulties on their first time driving. However, beginner drivers may learn from their mistakes. But the most important thing is to follow the rules on the street no matter who the driver is. Most of the countries around the world depend on the laws to be 18 years the minimum driving age. But some people say that government should raise the driving age to be more than 18. Government should keep the minimum driving age 18 because that young drivers could learn faster and some youths need to drive to their work..
One reason why Government should keep the minimum driving age 18 is that driver at younger age could learn faster. Younger age people usually have better memory and more attractive learning than when they grow up. Because, at younger age usually driver memory should be more fresh and ready to learn and take new information to save on their long range memory. But the elderly people or older youths may find it kindly difficult to learn and save their mistakes so they …show more content…
Likewise, in younger ages its more dangerous and the driving age should matters (David T.Levy 2002). It may be true that some calculations prove that younger drivers cause more accident than older ones. Despite, not the age that matters on causing accidents but it’s about learning how to drive. Like, if governments raise the driving age the minimum driving ages would make the same if not more accidents than the old one. It’s not usual that everything goes 100% right. Because we are human beings and its natural to make mistakes without meaning to do it but the importance is that this mistake should never be repeated and that’s more suitable for younger age
