(Clements, 2008) This author gives you the tools to keep yourself safe as possible and how to avoid potential threats.

The author is a former FBI agent and Associate Director of Global Security. He specializes in teaching crisis management, hostage survival, negotiation tactics and counter surveillance detection and evasion.
Explanation of Relevance
As a reader, traveler and missionary worker I found the information quite valuable. It provides the tools to protect yourself in your every day life or in a war torn country on the other side of the world.
