Modest Mussorgsky is a Russian Musician. He lived a very interesting life.
Modest Mussorgsky was born March 9, 1839. His father was a landowner and his mother was a pianist. His mother was the one who gave him his first lessons on the piano. Later instead of going to college his father sent him and his brother to school that would get you ready for the military life. The school was called Peter-Paul school. Knowing his son’s talent in music he let them have a music teacher at the school who taught them.
Later he went to Cadets guard. While he was in Cadet School he wrote his first piece of music which was called Podpraporshchik.(www.britannica.com/biography/Modest-Mussorgsky) Then later in his life he moved up to lieutenant.
