• Morgan submitted the medical excuse to George Bell the Freshman Coach and note were posted on bulletin board coach office. Coaches interpreted that doctor's note mean Morgan was not able play or participate in football or weightlifting for week.
• Coach Green told him to go for dumbbell power clean push press, Morgan reminded him that he was under medical excused. Coach insisted that lift is for upper body exercise that would not harm lower back. After that Morgan felt severe pain and lie down on mat.
• Morgan again consulted to the doctor diagnosed in his MRI reports that he had central disc protrusion at L4 level.
• Due to back injury Morgan lost his interest in Football or Baseball. He failed his courses due to frequent absences. He withdrew from WHMS and enrolled in Richrdson school, where he can improve his grades.
