MORTGAGE
This Mortgage is made 20th day of February, 2013, between VIRGINIA RAIL, of 1122 North Tern Blvd., city of Osceola, county of Jay, state of LOAN COMPANY, of 1400 East Wren Avenue, City of Osceola, County of Jay, State of Michigan, herein referred to as Mortgagee. Mortgagor, by a note dated February 20, 2013, is indebted to Mortgagee in the sum of Sixty-five Thousand Dollars ($65,000), with interest form date at the rate of none percent (9%) per annum on the unpaid balance until paid, principal and interest to be paid at the office of Mortgagee, or as such other place as the holder may designate in writing, delivered or mailed to Mortgagor, in two hundred (200) monthly installments of Five Hundred Sixty Dollars ($560), beginning April 1, 2013, and continuing on the first day of each month thereafter until the indebtedness is fully paid; except that, if not paid sooner, the final payment thereof shall be due and payable on February 1, 2013. The terms of such note are incorporated herein by reference. Mortgagor, in consideration of the above-stated obligation, hereby mortgages to Mortgagee all of the following described property in the county of Jay, State of Michigan, known as 1122 North Tern Boulevard, described as Lot 84, Block B, Indigo Bunting Preserve, as recorded, together with the appurtenances and al the estate and rights of the Mortgagor in and to such premises.
