. Mrs. Ashley is a 43-year-old lady who loves her family very much and will do anything to keep them alive. She works very hard to maintain the family together. She is a loving mother but can be quite mean when irritated or crossed by anybody including her children. The 46-year-old Mr. Rudy is the jokester of the Gutierrez clan, and he performs for them every chance he gets. He is a charming and charismatic fellow who always likes to make other members jovial. In fact, even when anger consumes him, he still has a great sense of humor. Moreover, four-year-old Jeremy is a talented and mischievous little kid who gets into trouble every time both in the neighborhood and at school. He is quite a prankster, and his victims include his sister and other children of his age. At a very young age, Jeremy is a juvenile delinquent who has been punished by his parents and school teachers on several occasions. Kayia with two years old is the youngest Gutierrez and more sensitive than her brother. She feels bad for everyone particularly Jeremy. Since Jeremy started causing more trouble when he joined school it was vital to find time visit the institution and talk with the teachers who might provide convenient alternatives. It was also important for the parents to communicate with Jeremy about his negative behavior and warn him of the consequences. We also decided that the parents need to reconcile and fix their marital problems. In my opinion, Jeremy resembles young children of his age who once they join school change behavior because of peer pressure and challenges of academic institutions. The conflicts between the two parents are common in marriages, and the way forward is to come up with suitable solutions instead of making the situation
