Have you ever gotten a MMR before? The MMRV is a type of vaccination given to children from ages one to twelve to prevent Measles, Mumps, Rubella and Varicella. The four diseases have atrocious effects on your body and can highly contagious. The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services recommend two doses of the MMR vaccination, one dose at ages twelve through fifteen months of age and the second dose at ages four through six. MMRV only benefits for one’s entire lifetime. The vaccination should be given because it is much safer than getting the disease and is definite to be protected by four deadly disease. Most people who get the MMRV do not have a problem afterwards and those who are too young to get vaccinated are protected by the vast majority of people who are vaccinated.
