Have you ever wondered how it can be possible for two completely different people to be best friends with each other? Well, Much Ado About Nothing has various examples of relationships like these. “Much Ado About Nothing” is a comedy that took place in the 1500s. Shortly after coming home from a war, Claudio decides he wants to marry Hero, the governor’s daughter, and his friend Don Pedro decides to help him. Meanwhile, Don John, Don Pedro’s brother, wants to ruin their marriage and comes up with a plan to ruin this. Just before Claudio and Hero were going to get married, Claudio saw “Hero” cheating on him with another man (It was actually just Hero’s servant and one of Don John’s men). During the wedding, Claudio accused Hero of cheating on him, and decided he wasn’t going to marry her, while she fainted. Her father and friends decided to pretend she died until they knew what was going on. Eventually her innocence was proven, and Leonato (Hero’s father) gave Claudio the offer to marry his niece. During the wedding, it was actually just Hero wearing a mask, and they got married and lived together happily. For example, Beatrice is very stubborn, while Hero is much more shy and timid. Also, Beatrice will try to take advantage of you, meanwhile Hero would not ever even consider it. Finally, Beatrice doesn’t believe in love (Or at least didn’t, and has even possibly had a bad previous experience with it,) meanwhile Hero does and always has.
