Communication is very vital between the healthcare specialist and the patient, so it’s important to learn and know different languages for a better understanding. The specialists should always create a rapport with the patient before discussing the medical issue. Understanding the culture helps the specialists to evade predispositions that may bring a loophole in their exertions. It also helps to bring about positive features of a certain grouping plus it replicates a gratitude of ethnic variances and plays a very important role in the progress of courses used to bring wellbeing and human provision. Service providers should have a cultural humility that aids them in identifying their extents of knowledge and skills and avoid destructive labels and over generalities in diagnosis and treatment of patients (Alvesson, 2002). A cultural understanding should involve both the health specialists’ perception and the patients’ self-understanding of individuality within the stipulated period.
