I do not think that an employer should be allowed to fire an employment without just cause. If there were no laws preventing this from happening the fear of all the employees that they could be fired at any point could have a negative impact on their work. Also there would be no constructive criticism for the employee being fired without a reason so the employee could improve themselves for the next job. I have not ever been fired from a job however I have witnessed others being fired. The most recent one was when I was dispatching for Mulvane Police Department.
