DB5 - 8 year old commits two murders in Arizona
As I stated in my post, I have more than a few problems with the process of how this case is being handled. Once again, this child should have never been questioned without an adult, such as a court appointed lawyer, legal guardian or social worker present; regardless of anything else, he still has rights.
Once again going off only the facts that have been presented in this article and the follow up video, I continue to believe this child should be charged with murder and locked away until he is at least 18. The abusers who do this have serious issues. They are either learned or brought on by their own insecurities. The person who committed the violence should be immediately arrested by the authorities. After the offender has been arrested, the victim, which is usually the offender's wife, should be rescued to a safe place, which the offender doesn't know about and where she could be medically treated if hurt. These safe houses also have provisions for children who come with the victim. After everything comes under control, it is the job of the police department to investigate the case from all angles, as their wrong decision can ruin somebody's life. The police should investigate deeply, questioning the offender, the victim and the neighbors separately. In the modern world, the police cannot be bias anymore like in the past, because the women due to personal interest can lie so as to imprison their spouse.
