Mathematics is in every aspect of our lives,yet has been overlooked by many because of its perceived difficulties.I viewed mathematics as a subject for geniuses,and lost interest;until the day I had a simple impulse to solve one math problem without anyone telling me to do so, thus leading to the accomplishment of finishing a book of problems over a summer vacation.Accordingly, I found a love for math and began to see a world full of statistics. Subsequently this discovery, I went to my college guidance counselor and he informed me of a degree plan in mathematics and a possible internship with the San Antonio Spurs. Therefore, through work and determination; I want to excel in Palo Alto college earn my Associate’s of Science with Mathematics
