Integrity is an important virtue. The definition of integrity is,”adherence to moral and ethical principles; soundness of moral character; honesty. A person who has integrity is righteous and they have a strong sense of what is wrong and right. And no matter what they follow their bel Integrity is a quality that everyone should have. Unfortunately, though, there are some people who lack integrity. They are the people who cause trouble and problems for our world. Although I may not have lived most of life yet, I can already see how integrity affects my life, especially in school. As a student, it is important to show integrity. To show integrity is to show that you know the difference between right and wrong. When you’re young and you are in a new environment, you need to recognize if your choices are things that you should actually do. Showing integrity in school means that you are honest about everything. No matter who it is or what happened. If you have been cheating in class, you need to tell your teacher. One time in fifth grade, I had to do a project based on a book. I had to design a new cover for the book and write a plot summary. The book I read was actually very interesting, but at the time I was not a good writer. For some reason, I could not write anything about the main plot of the book. So, I looked online and used a summary that I found. My teacher found out, though, and I did get punished. I’ve learned my lesson since then.
