My leadership philosophy has been developed over time. There is not one leader that stands out, however there is many traits that multiple leaders have used. These traits used by my past leaders have helped me try to develop my philosophy through the years. Traits in which I think make the perfect leader if it even exists are the values of humorful, integrity, the will to always improve, and trust. With these four values, you will always improve the organization while maintaining high standards and moral.
I have found that in past leaders that have maintained humorful relationships with their follower’s, always maintained a high moral level within their organization. Although this value can lead to great moral but be departmental if utilized
