My Stereotypes Involved In Walking With Dinosaurs

Growing up my parents did not like the kid shows that were on T.V, but being a young boy I loved dinosaurs. Therefore, I would watch Land Before Time and We’re Back. Then, I watched a show about the time after the dinosaurs called Walking With Beast. We rented it so much from the video store, the woman running it let us buy it. After that came Walking With Dinosaurs, and that led into me watching Animal Planet all the time. So, I was pretty much raised on nature documentaries. The topic I find most engaging is without a doubt most life sciences, and almost anything that has to do with animals. More often than not, I get obsessed with some animal you can have as a pet and I want it. I think the reason I do this is that I have such a love for animals, and I love to take care of things, I also enjoy caring for people as well on occasion; I absolutely hate it when people are feeling down or miserable, so I attempt to fix that. A friend of mine has even referred to me, as their “overzealous hippie mother”. Most recently, I have been into the Mexican Fire Knee Tarantula. I have spent hours looking at diet, care, housing, spiderling care, price, and other species of tarantulas, mostly on websites of people who …show more content…
So then, I got into how to start a cricket colony. Which lead into me realizing I would have too many crickets for one animal. This lead into chameleons. Chameleons need live plants in order to thrive however. So that leads me into horticulture. This reminded me of the big Sago Palm we had outside our old house in Winter Park, Florida. Then I thought, what do they have a lot of in Florida? Lizards. This led me into Bahamian Anoles. Next thing I know, I have thirty tabs open, spanning three different animals, cricket culturing, care of tropical plants, and possibly even articles on how to construct a chameleon safe screen
