Summary of my three day food log shows that I need to improve on healthy eating. My current dietary practices are not that good at this point in time due to my hectic life style. I have such an early start 4 days a week. My morning starts at 5:00 am and I end at 11:00 pm or later. Many days I am up around the clock. I found out that I am getting better from the sweets and coffee. When I drink coffee with creamer and sugar I am not hungry for hours. I also need to eat breakfast such as an egg and a piece of toast, and also start preparing lunches at night when I get home. When I do this step in preparing lunches at night it will enable me to get the nutrition that my body’s lacking. If I include protein from meat and nuts I will have
