My Trip To Collorado-Personal Narrative

When I first heard that we would all be going on a trip to COlorado to ski I was at first over joyed with the news. But then something struck me, I dident know how to ski and had never even thought how one would go about doing it. So from the very start of the mentioning of the trip I began to have second thoughts.

The entire trip to Colorado I was so terribly nevouse that i started to have a cold sweat. We drove for so long and had many distractions that they kept my mind of of my impending doom. When we arrived at the Hotel we were going to be staying at, it was well after dark and i was so filled with energy from being in the car that as soon as i got out I changed into shorts and charged like a bat out of hell down to the pool. When we were all dressed and ready to go we pilled into the car and drove to the MOuntain. When i saw the lift we would be taking to get up to the mountain I allready begna to have second thoughts. As we all got on and road the lift up i began to see where we would get off. It was the kind of lift where you get pushed of adn right down the mountain. I could feel myself pale as I got closer and closer to the top. When the time came I pushed myself of and felt myself suddenly speading down the mountain!

I had found out that i actually love skiiing, the rush and exitment exillerated me. The moment that i got to the bottom of the mountian i was in line again ready to do it all over agian. I went up and down that mountain at least thirty times. WHen the time finally came for me to leave it was hard for me to pull myself from the mountain. I couldent wait to go and ski the entire day tommorow.

TOday i still go skiing at least once a year and every time I still get that rush and exitment that I got the first time. I have found something that i truly love to do. Skiing is something that i have found my passion for and will probably do till the day I either die or am to old to do
