To make sure all employees and everyone involved in the company is up to date and understands the new policies, you should have clear expectations and requirements written for everyone to see and follow. With policies in place and new changes being made to the company, employees need to have proper training, and should be put in the position that best fits their skills and knowledge. Having clear expectations and set job requirement for each employee will lower the chance of information and data being exposed. Having strong passwords are also a good way of protecting all of your customer’s information, and you should also make sure all passwords are changed every three months to secure any chances of information being hacked or stolen.
