Nasa Wasting Money

19 of nasa’s projects have failed. Millions of dollars wasted. Exploring space is wasting money, time, and resources. Are there more important things to spend time and money on?; should we explore our oceans before we go out into the unknown outer space?; and is going into outer space dangerous? NASA should not travel to space any longer.

Poverty, world hunger, and the effects of natural disasters can all decrease if the government uses the money for space exploration on other world problems. Why spend all of our money on projects for NASA that are failing? It is like throwing money out the window. “Natural Disasters have caused $1.7 trillion in damage.” “It has injured or killed 2.9 billion people.” If the government puts our money to help decrease the cost in damage, then less people will be homeless and there will be less fatalities. Instead of using money for space exploration we could put the money toward helping with the cleanup from the effects of natural disasters or help build homes and shelters. If we spend our money on exploring other planets, then we will not have enough money to explore our planet.

Exploring the oceans can give us information that we don’t have.“ocean exploration can help predict earthquakes and tsunamis and help us understand how we are affecting and being affected by changes in Earth's climate and atmosphere.” “While Congress is eager to fund a $2 billion expedition to search for oceans beneath Europa, some 95% of Earth's oceans are unexplored.” If we use the $2 billion for exploring oceans and undiscovered land, then we might find knew resources that could be useful to our country. We need to get to know our planet
