Hello my name is Sofia Vega Rosario and I would like to start this essay off by saying

Thank you for this opportunity to be invited to the National Junior Honor Society.

Personality I feel that my personality is unique in different ways. I am a person who loves challenges and works best when I am given the opportunity to work with others,but is open to working alone in situations where being independent is a key skill. I am a person who loves being able to help when asked to do something someone else can’t do or needs help with. I think that I am a very energetic and lively person. I know that I joke around a lot but I know when to be serious.

Goals in life: I believe that thinking and setting goals in life is very important so that you have options and time to think about what you want to do when the time comes to look for a job. My goals are very different from each other. I first want to get my postsecondary degree in order to become a neuroscientist. The reason for this is that I have always had a fascination with how the human brain works and communicates with the rest of the body. Another one of my goals is to become a pro WNBA player. Since I was in 3rd grade, I have been on a basketball team and I loved it. I have always loved the adrenaline rush that comes with competitive sports such as basketball and track. My last goal that I want to achieve is to be a baker. I love baking because it's like science and I love science and I love being able to taste what I create. …show more content…
