TenderHearts seek to follow all laws and regulations dealing with nondiscrimination and safety it is our policy that will we not discriminate against anyone based on religion sex age national origin marital status sexual orientation physical or mental disability gender identity and expression familial or parental status veteran status or any other legally protected classification. Tender Hearts strives to be the best in every aspect of the business An Affirmative Action Program has been developed to identify areas where the Company seeks to increase the representation of minorities and women. In those areas, we have developed action plans and identified good faith efforts that we will undertake in an effort to increase minority and female participation. The Company is committed to these good faith efforts, and we will review them periodically to measure our progress. TenderHearts believes that safety comes first and will follow all laws set by OSHA which stands for Occupational Safety and Health Administration because workers have the right to be in a safe environment free from workplace dangers. TenderHearts has implemented a Illness and Injury Prevention program to assist staff members in ensure our work facility is as safe as possible.
