Nobody knows what happens inside North Korea. Despite trading with China, North Korea is the closest thing the world has to an isolationist country. A vast majority of the structure of the communist, dictator run country remains unknown. Dating back to the day Kim Jong Un took power, he has had intentions of tearing South Korea to shreds. With the United States being South Korea’s most prised military ally, North Korea has developed a strong hatred us. Countless cases of harsh rhetoric, including a statement saying “Our hydrogen bomb is much bigger than the one developed by the Soviet Union.. If this H-bomb were to be mounted on an intercontinental ballistic missile and fall on Manhattan in New York City, all the people there would be killed immediately and the city would burn down to ashes,” have brought North Korea to the attention of the United States.
