Ubuntu Tweak is a software utility that allows us to easily change system settings, software repositories, start-up software, interface elements and quite a bit more through easy to use graphical interface. When Ubuntu Tweak is installed on your computer, you can quickly customize the open source Ubuntu operating system to do whatever you need it to. Tweak gave me access to many system settings that are not openly available through the standard configuration tools included with Ubuntu. I could not get the version of Ubuntu from the original flash drive from class to work on my machine at home. I had to download Ubuntu 12.04, Tweak is not in the software download section for this version, I had to install it from Firefox.

Keepassx is a software that allows you to store all of your password in one place. The software only uses just one set password or thumb key to access the dozens of passwords we have to remember on a daily basis. The password stored in Keepassx are encrypted so there is little to no worrying about breaking the passkey and losing all your information stored in the software. The software works well and is definitely good to use, especially if you need to remember more than one password or phrase daily.
