1. To decide which university to attend I will compare them. There will be certain things I will compare, such as the price, the distance from home, if they offer my major, and the school ranking. When all of these things for the schools are compared it should be easy to narrow the choices down to one or two. Once the choices have been narrowed down, based on price, distance, etc., it will be narrowed down to one. To do that I will create another college comparison chart comparing different things such as, dining, housing, and school size. The things in the second comparison are things that are vital, but not as important as the things listed in source one. To manage my money in college I plan to do several things. The first thing I plan to do is apply for as many scholarships and grants as possible. I plan to also apply for an Air Force ROTC scholarship, which can possibly pay for all of my tuition, if I am awarded this scholarship I will pay for most or all of my tuition with that. I then plan to pay for my housing, living expenses, books, and fees with the scholarships and grants I applied for. To pay for anything that is not covered by the scholarships I will take a personal loan out from my parents, which would have little to no interest. While in college if I do get a credit card I will not spend very much on it, in order to not be in debt. Throughout college managing money will be difficult, but if I follow the simple guidelines of not overspending, not going in debt, and managing my budget, I will better be able to manage my money in college.
4. The first skill I have improved in this class is managing my money. This class helped teach me how to plan a budget and ways to not spend so much money. In my future I plan to make a budget for everything, that way I will never overspend and so I can live
