Compare and select personal computer hardware components for assembling computer system for a game player.
For a game player, the specifications and performance of a gaming computer play an important role. A gaming PC is far from your common computer. Its hardware should be carefully selected to provide absolute reliability during gaming processes.
The followings are the suggestions to a game player who wants to select the personal computer hardware components.

Central processor

The central processor is considered as the brain of a gaming PC, so you need to choose the right one. Intel and AMD are the two most common processors which are used in PCs, both of them have a series of model to choose from. The more cores a processor has, the better performance it can give. 4GHz Intel Core i7-6700K …show more content…
ASUS, MSI and Gigabyte are the common brands for a player to choose. (Barnes, 2015)

RAM

Video games require intense memory processing. In order to help your processor do the work, you need a large RAM module. Typical RAM capacity for gaming PC is around 4 GB to 16 GB. (Barnes, 2015)

Storage Device

Solid state drives (SSDs) are widely used in gaming PCs. With a SSD you will experience the very fastest loading speeds possible. 256GB PCIe SSD plus 2TB HDD (7,200RPM) is recommended. (Barnes, 2015)

Good graphics card

A high-performance graphics card is necessary to the gaming PC. The higher the capacity of the card, the better the visual it can produce.cards. Intense gaming graphics require at least 1 GB of video memory to produce at least an acceptable display. Common video cards used for gaming PCs are NVidia and ATI, each have its own various models you can choose from. Nvidia's Pascal GTX 1080 graphics card is recommended. (Barnes, 2015)
