1. Understanding the importance of this assignment to (1) the Inflow and Infiltration Program, and (2) receiving the most competitive and complete bids, we respectfully request a one (1) week extension to the Oct 6th, 2016 submission date to complete our due diligence.
2. On Page 16, the RFP document states that a "hydraulic modelling and GIS/Mapping Professional" be a "Professional engineer or an engineer in training with minimum 5 years of experience". Would the Region accept an individual(s) that has demonstrable experience as a hydraulic modelling and GIS/Mapping Professional far in excess of the 5 year minimum but are not registered as a Professional engineer or an engineer in training?
3. On Page 32, the RFP document states "All field verifications shall be recorded and documented online in a complete inspection and activity log". Can the Region confirm that process is facilitated by the FlowWorks software or should this be a

Regarding Items 4.1 and 4.2, the effort required to install a flow meter (mobilize from base with a calibrated piece of equipment and complete install) versus relocate an existing meter (mobilize to existing location, complete removal of equipment, mobilize to new site and complete install) to a new location is different.
8. Regarding Items 5.1 and 5.2 of the Financial Proposal Form, the unit is defined as "month", is these intended to be lump sum costs?
9. Regarding Item 5.3 of the Financial Proposal Form, the unit is defined as "unit", is this intended to be a lump sum cost to remove existing equipment and replace with new equipment for the Region's entire inventory? Similarly, for Item 5.4, is it the Region's entire inventory?
10. Regarding Item 5.6 of the Financial Proposal Form, "SIM car replacement", is possible to further define the scope of works required? Is this the cost to procure and supply a replacement SIM Card or procure, supply and physical install? Installation costs will vary with different pieces of
