Any experience being staff?: Yes, I have had lots of experience with server moderation. Some of the servers I have been staff on could have been bigger or smaller than OxPvP. I would like to start of with BeastKits. BreasKits was a server I moderator (prior to it being closed). I moderated this server for about one year before getting promoted to Admin for my contribution and dedication. It then closed as the Owner had to focus on studying. Next, I'd like to talk about a server I owned. MineFear. MineFear was a faction based server which reached a record of 120 players online at one.…show more content… I would like to help the community in it's fast growth by banishing any wrong doers therefore making it safe for the community. I could benefit the server by reinforcing the rules and making sure the community is safe. I would benefit the server by making sure all new users understand and lover the game as much as I do. I know how to identify hacks whether it is in game or while screensharing a user, I can control myself and deal with situations which take time and experience. I know how to deal with all kinds of offences, such as hacking, spamming and advertising, I know the steps to punishing the members who are responsible for them. I can benefit the server by banning all toxic users and making sure the server is toxic free. I know how to moderate chat and stop spammers before the offend. I'm good at talking to people and making them think before they do something. I have knowledge of the server so I can answer any questions one may have There are a lot of things I can help the server achieve, making sure the server is safe in it's fast growth is crucial and with my experience, I think I can help OxPvP do so. I believe that I'm qualified to be a staff member on OxPvp as I have a lot of knowledge on how servers should be run. I have this knowledge because I have owned servers in the past, and have also worked for many. I may be somewhat immature at times, but when work needs to be done, I know when to put my head down and work. I cannot say I have knowledge that others do not, I am also very knowledgeable on how to deal with inappropriate users. I know when to take action with users and when to let things go. I am somewhat humorous, but I'm also fair and thoughtful. I also don't apply for a flashy name tag and to be seen like some, I love helping people and help others enjoy the game as much as I do.
