1. I would stay organized at work by utilizing google calendar and place all important information on my calendar so that I keep myself knowledgeable regarding when deadlines are approaching. I also utilize a daily task sheet in which I organize all my daily task in order from their level of importance so that I am able to mark off items upon completion. I also practice organization by arranging my desk so that it is not disruptive to my thought process and I know exactly where items are located. The last thing I do to aid in the process is utilize sticky notes for quick reminders. I have had different providers, including DDS that might request information that I had access to. I wouldn’t say I necessarily have experience with processing Freedom of Information due to the information I had access to was not public information. I did complete an internship in which we would apply for grants to assist in working with 12th street Corridor for the Promise Neighborhood. I worked as the secretary so I had limited experience with obtaining information or releasing it regarding the organization. 3. I do consider myself to be someone who meets deadlines on time and takes pride and effort in their work. I try to meet my deadlines by pacing myself to work fast but efficiently on my given task.
