Practice I have been able to incorporate my personal philosophy of nursing and Christian worldview into my daily practice both at work and in the mission field.
As a Director of Clinical Quality improvement most of my duties focus around data analysis, research and policy development. I am typically responsible for the care of a population, not an individual or family. As I develop facility policies it is my goal to ensure we are caring for the whole patient. For example, As I developed our pain policy I ensured that the policy addressed our patients, psychological and spiritual needs in addition to their physical needs.
