Is fast food healthy? Fast food is the most popular food all over the world. Most people know that fast food is not good for our health, but they still eat fast food, even fast food has become a staple in the world. Eight in 10 Americans report eating at fast-food restaurants at least monthly, with almost half saying they eat fast food at least weekly. Only 4% say they never eat at fast-food restaurants. It becomes more and more popular during times. But why fast food has become a staple in the world? Is fast food healthy? Fast food contains more tasty elements than healthy element. We have seen the increase of fast food dramatically. Fast food contains high calorie and unhealthy fat. It’s easy to put one weight, but It’s hard to reduce the same. That’s why we always hear fast food cause people obesity. Fast food is not only cause people obesity, it also increase our sugar levels. Fast food preparation units add artificial sweeteners to our food and Fast food restaurant put many tasty element in their food to attract us, but it is absolutely unhealthy. Moreover, sugar-loaded drinks deliver a quick rush of sugars to your body, which over time can lead to insulin resistance and inflammation. Therefore, fast food is unhealthy. Fast food has become a staple in the world because of some reason, such as it’s convenient. Most people eat fast food because of convenient, so we call that fast food. Sometime we don’t want to cook when we get home – it’s just that by the time we do get back from a day in the office, or wherever, we don’t have time. Fast food started to change the concept on how people think about meals. In America, instead of going to an
