Over the week, I did a nutrition log record and I realize a lot of changes. I was able to track the number of calories I consumed, food that I ate, amount of protein that I gained, and whether my weight increased or decreased. I realized that I am eating a lot of side meals and snacks and in result, it adds to the amount of calories I have per day. By completing the nutritional log record, I see that I do not drink enough water. Experts recommend drinking at least two liters of water a day. I am not lacking any major nutrients but I am not eating the amount of nutrients I should be eating. In order to change this, I should eat more fruits, vegetables, and other types of food that allows me to gain nutrients. I do not have an excess amount of
