When we elected our 44th president Barack Obama, he promised for health care for those who could not afford it. In 2010 the Affordable Care Act, also know as Obamacare was passed. Obamacare is the law that provides consumers with subsidies (“premium tax credits”) that lower expenses for homes with incomes below the federal poverty level.
