When we elected our 44th president Barack Obama, he promised for health care for those who could not afford it. In 2010 the Affordable Care Act, also know as Obamacare was passed. Obamacare is the law that provides consumers with subsidies (“premium tax credits”) that lower expenses for homes with incomes below the federal poverty level. There are many strengths and weaknesses to Obamacare. First off, the weaknesses of Obamacare. Obamacare was passed to provide healthcare care to those who cannot afford it, and to influence those who do not have it to get it. The ACA recognizes the importance of Medicaid as a health insurance provider, it failed to anticipate the ongoing need to support safety net providers. Obamacare is an incomparable
