In recent years, many counties have coped with the same problem, obesity. Obesity has sweeping the globe. Especially, the UK has become second obesity nation only followed the US. These are some primary causes of obesity. Firstly, gene can lead to obesity (U.S. Department of Health & Human Services, 2012). The studies of identical twins show that genes have a huge influence on a person's weight. If parents all are obesity, their child has higher risk of obesity. Because of children not only inherited the gene of obese, but also developed the wrong dining habits that they always income excess calories.
