Hello Kristen, loved reading your post. I find child obesity very alarming and upsetting as well. You made excellent points that many parents and adults should read over. I think it is great schools are doing what they can to help with obesity, but I believe it all starts with parenting. The job of a parent is the most challenging job in the world, it is easier to whip up a box of mac and cheese than too cook a chicken and vegetable dish.
