We read “The Odyssey” in class. It based on a man called Odysseus. The hero of the story is Odysseus. The four gods that helped him out live in Mount Olympus. The four gods names are Zeus, Athena, Hermes, and Aeolus. The one god that did not help him but made his life worse was Poseidon. In the paragraphs below I will tell you three examples of how he earned his reputation as a clever man.

One of the reasons Odysseus earned his reputation was when he came up with the trojan horse. When the Trojans brought the wooden horse into their city the Greeks sunk out in the middle of the night and opened the gate and let the Greeks in.
