Cat#3. Geography: Orientation/response time. Officer Premenko was able to navigate to all calls to service for the day without assistance.

Cat#1. Driving: Moderate/ Stress conditions. Officer Permenko responded code 3 to the area of Bayshore Boulevard and Geneva Boulevard on a hold up alarm. There was heavy rain and heavy traffic. He was able to respond in a timely manner, clearing all intersections before proceeding, not passing on the right and maintaining control of his vehicle in the wet conditions.

This was the first time Officer Premenko had booked a juvenile suspect. We went over the required documentations such as Juvenile Probable Cause Declaration (PCD), Juvenile Contact Report (JCR) , YSC precooking questionnaire and YSC juvenile disposition form. Officer Premenko then collected the clothing from the suspects and booked them as evidence. This detail took most of the morning to complete.

Officer Premenko was dispatched to 252 Saint Francis boulevard on the report of a female who had fainted and was longer breathing or responding. When we arrived, paramedics were preforming CPR. The victim was later transported to Seton hospital and pronounced deceased. Officer Premenko interviewed all of witnesses, photographed the scene, documented the medical history and later contacted the coroner. Officer Premenko dictated the case.

Officer Premenko conducted a traffic enforcement stop in the area of Washington Street and Junipero Serra Boulevard for an equipment violation. I observed the following areas in need of
