President Trump was just placed into office mere weeks ago, and he already has plans to change and help America. The North Dakota oil pipelines will run from Western Canada all the way to the gulf coast. Although not everyone completely agrees with this particular movement, President Trump will have this his way and no other way will be accepted. Tuesday January 24, 2017 NPR news submitted an online article. “ Trump gives green lights to keystone, Dakota access pipelines” (Trump, 1) written by Brian Naylor. Stating that President Trump has given the ‘go ahead for construction of two controversial oil pipelines” I discovered this particular news story through our morning newspaper. I personally feel strongly about how this pipeline will …show more content…

Saying “ risks contaminating tribal and American water supplies while disregarding treaty rights.”(Trump, 11) All while supporters think that this is a good move to American's because it will provide “ a lot of jobs, 28,000 construction jobs, great construction jobs (Trump, 4) North Dakota democratic Sen. The article was found with a reliable source, and when all the pictures put with the article where reversed searched they all came back matching the original article. The only suspicious part of this article is that the title was is in all caps. (TRUMP GIVES GREEN LIGHT TO KEYSTONE, DAKOTA ACCESS PIPELINES.) I also checked the facts that were in the article, such as“ the pipelines will be built with American steel.” The video that was published on the 26 of January, by The AOL network verifies in presidents Trump's own words that the pipes will be built with American steel. Another source that was cross checked is the accuracy of the TransCanada source that was quoted in the article. This is where I questioned the accuracy of the article because when I reverse searched the direct quote in the search engine it came back as the article that it can out of. Which I thought was odd considering it was a direct quote of another source. I then reworded my search and it came back with the accurate source and quote. This is the only part of this article that came back in any negative
