Nowadays, in this generation, we have grown more dependent of the internet to perform everyday tasks, Though the convenience can be an extraordinary thing, it can also be extremely dangerous. Children and teens have gotten their hands-on socializing online, and parents are doing one of two things. They are becoming more aware of what their children do online or backing off allowing their children to do whatever they desire while on the net. Back in the day before the internet ever existed we were required to complete tasks that took ages to accomplish, the internet has reduced the time taken to complete these tasks in a preternatural speed. Yes, these benefits get the best of our attention, but we need to stay alert to the cons of the web. Children have been robbed of their childhoods. What happened to the days being spent outside riding bicycles, playing basketball, or maybe even playing a game of hide and go seek? What happened to those sunny days that felt like a summer afternoon in a movie waiting for the ice cream truck to pass by so we could grab a snow cone and sit on the porch with friends having a good time? Most kids do not know what those feelings feel like.
