In today’s society there are many different ways to meet new people and it can sometimes lead to long lasting relationships. In recent years dating sites have become very popular. Along with dating sites social media sites have become very popular in helping single individuals find love. In “Love, Internet Style,” by David Brooks he highlights many of the positives points that dating websites have on dating and love. Yes there are there are many positive things that come from online dating, but there are also negative effects as well. The most obvious is that there are many single individuals that use the web as a place to meet new people.
