What is your opinion about hunting? The story “The Most Dangerous Game” written by Richard Connell shows that hunting can be deadly for people. In this story, Zaroff demonstrates that he is confident, talented, and dangerous.
First Zaroff is confident, because hunting is easy for him. He has been hunting for a long time. “His father said he was born a natural hunters (pg. 223).” He knows that he can do better at hunting and he is not afraid of any animals. He has an island, he knows every place on his island and he knows about the tricks too.
Additionally, Zaroff has many talents. He is very skilled with a gun and that also makes him a good hunter. He has also killed many animals, even wild animals. He knows about hunting tricks. Zaroff says,
